does this breathing thing happen all the time? or does it last only for a couple days or so?
because I have a problem when I breathe in deeply it hurt. but it only lasted a few days and then went away. and then a couple months later I had the same feeling.

If you feel more pain walking up and down the stairs go to the emergency...

if it only happens sometimes and not all the time. you should google PCS (precordial catch syndrome) and see if it fits your description

It could be any number of horrible life threatening ailments, or it might not be. I'd call my Dr. or go to the ER to find out.

You should go to the doctor.

You could have acid reflux, gall stones (I had once), it could be an ulcer, it could be a heart problem. See a doctor. If you ate spicey food it could be not too serious.
