For the last year or so , I always get these chest pains, and they go up in my throat , its like a tightness. And then my arms get right stiff and lazy. Anyone else get this or any idea what this might be?

Perhaps you should consult your doctor?

It sounds like it could possibly RLS. Restless Limb Syndrome. Whenever you can try to breath more into the stomach. breath down into the liver. It will stretch your lungs making them capable of holding more air, and the more air that passes through the throat will also making air passing easier. If you breath and expand the chest it can cause damage to your upper torso. The ribs were not made to fluctuate like that. Also the food that is eaten can cause these things to happen (more along the subject of chest pains). Maybe if eating too much meat like some kinds of beef, pork, and other non-lean meats.
