u should start lifting waits but when you start dont try to lift like 20 go with about a 10 pounder for the 1st week or so then make your way up but dont over do it
you just need to strengthen the muscles in your arms and upper back I ussed to be a cheerleader in high school so I would know

im going to be a sophmore next year but thats gonna b my first year cheering. im already on the squad but we havent done stunting. I know im going to end up basing, which I've tried a little bit in the past (like twice) and I couldnt even lift the girl...
