Be kind, be yourself and be confident. Confidence goes A LONG way.
I swear, and a little sensen of humor goes a long way too (if you are not trying too hard - basically, lighten up!). But the most important thing is to be yourself and the women that are attracted to your qualities will find you!

number one thing is to treat her has an equal, by being yourself at the same time!!... gosh!! loads of guys these days are just too damn graphical, when it comes to girls!! so instead of pointing out their well known physical appearances... look at things like her eyes, the way she smiles, the way she laughs, and point out what you like about her. be sweet, and open minded/hearted, listen to what she has to say - heart to heart conversations are the best, to show a girl you care! and as col_vil has said, humor dose go a long way... every girl likes a guy that can make her smile =)
