Make a list of goals that you would like to accomplish. They must be realistic goals. Place the goals on the list in order of importance.
If it is a long list, then break it up into a couple of smaller lists.
Start working with the list that has the most important goals. Read the list every morning and think about what you will achieve by accomplishing your goals. Read the list again before going to sleep. That helps your subconscious in working toward the goals.
As you are going about your daily business, consider whether what you are doing is helping you toward your goals or detracting you away from them.
As you start accomplishing some of your goals the rest will become easier.
The main thing is to believe that you can accomplish your goals and to think positively as you go about working to achieve them.
