Can anybody tell me why I cant activate my usb cable to my laptop computer ?? Im tryna send my cellphone pics to my computer but the usb cable isnt activated I guess.pleez help

well make sure both end of the cable are connected to proper places. then at the bottom right an icon should pop up saying your laptop has found new hardware or watever. click on the bubble that pops up and follow instructions.
