Well when I did customer service (shudder) for Sprint/Nextel - if your service was suspended, you still have an active account with the cell phone company, your phone/text/internet service on your cell wont work. Disconnected means your account is canceled, and your phone number is up for grabs.
If your service is only suspended, and you get it un-suspended, I'm not sure if you will receive any of you back logged txt msg.
While the service is off, you won't receive any txt msg or calls, except maybe billing notifications from you service provider.

What's the difference between your cell phone being suspended and being completely disconnected ? either way I was just wondering if you can receive text messages whenever your service gets turned back on ?
