Cell phone?

My parentst told me I can get a cell phone next month when I start driving. But I want one this month. I can pay for it but they're still a little unsure. How do I convince them?

just be patient.. next month is too soon..

 
Well, if they are going to let you have one next month, then I think they should let you get one now. They really shouldn't wait until next month which would put you in the position of trying to learn and become familiar with two major things at once.

Also, keep in mind that you DON'T want to be using the cell phone WHILE you are driving. That is a cause of many serious automobile accidents.
