Catching rabbits

How do I snare a rabbit? I have some wild rabbits in my backyard that eat my plants and my vegetables.

with a Rabbit Trap ! No seriously lol, like the traps you set up to catch badgers and moles and what not !

It all depends if you want to snag them live or dead. If your local county or city/town laws don't prohibit the hunting of rabbits then go and blast away. Use a small caliber rifle rather than a larger spread of buckshot to avoid damage to the garden. For a more human trapping then see your local boy scout or cub scout troop to see if they have a badge for it, or visit your local hardware store and ask for a humane trap that will fit the size of the offending varment.
