Cat scratch.

Is it like not normal for there to be a black and blue bump around a cat scratch?

If it's really bad, I would think so... I have 5 cats, but I've never had black blue bumps around a cat scratch. Have someone check that out if you think it might be serious.

Is it just a bruise? My cat's bruised me once before, when she dug her nails into me (never give a cat a bath during a thunderstorm!). If it was a bad scratch it might get infected so you might want to see someone about it.
