Cardio exercises aren't used for muscle-building... they're more for muscle-definition. It may look like your muscles are more pronounced, because the layers of fat covering them, are being consumed when you exercise the muscles.
If you want to lose that definition because you think its unattractive (for whatever silly reason) ...just stop exercising...

Are there any CV exercises that burns fat without building muscle? I'm moderately active: I go to the gym 2 - 4 times a week and jog on alternate days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday and a small jog on Sunday) but I'm starting to get visable ab muscles. Thats...
