What are the laws of owning a pet capuchin monkey in south wales,uk ?

illegal
owning a wild animal is illegal almost anywere, if not, people are trying to ban it
a monkey is a wild animal
it needs its jungle enviroment and other monkeys to survive'keeping one as a pet would be cruel
because it cant adapt to our food, live in a house or in a cage
its not a dog or a bird
its a wild animal that lives in the jungle
also obtaining one would most likly be illegal
a lot of people who seel them,
take them from the rainforest and are also involved in other crimes like drug smuggling
so purchasing it from them means that you support what there doing and are helping funding them to do so
really, its cruel to keep a wild animal, there not pets
it need to live were it belongs...in a jungle
its not an animal people should force to domesticate
