Cant sleep :/

What's a good way to help me fall asleep quicker, no pills.

Advisor-small

Warm milk
Getting up early for the day so you'll be tired when it's bedtime
Listen to relaxing music
take a warm bath before bedtime
Get a good massage (sigh been a long time lol)
Write in a journal to get your thoughts in order so you won't have to think about them in bed.
Drink lots of water during the day and get your allotted amount of exercise. Don't exercise right before bed though, because it gives some people extra energy.

I usually get up by 5am
I workout atleast 4 times a week, not late at night though.
And I listen to relaxing music.

But I think ill take you up on the journal thing.
I have way too many things to think about.
That's probably the problem tonight.
