Try taking melatonin (drug stores sell it with the vitamins). This is the stuff your body produces to make it sleep. My son takes it because he has a very hard time staying asleep (and he's only 6). It is all natural and not at all like taking a sleeping pill. On the label I believe it says that it's a dietary supplement.
