There's really no way to side-step this...you have to tell your family.
All you can do to make it easier for them is to try and maintain a positive outlook...if they see you're coping well, it won't be quite so hard on them. Thinking positive has its benefits for you as well...it keeps you fighting.
This is going to be a trying time for everyone involved, but you've beat the odds once, you can do it again.
I wonder, though...does your husband know about that other guy who won't call you back?
Regardless of how badly you don't want to put your family thru this again...the simple fact is...YOU are going thru this again. Your life depends on treatment...and part of treatment is the support of those who love you. Maybe tell the one person who is the strongest, so that person can sit beside you, and support you when you tell the others. This is no time for you to undermine your healing abilities with guilt over something you have NO control over.

Okay im a 38yr old wife, however 5 years ago I was diagnosed with cancer, underwent treatment and defeated the odds, however recentl I found another lump[ on my left breast, and I dont want to think about what it really is, hovever we all know its a...
major possibility,,,I do have cancer, I have already been to the doc where he ran some test, and by this week im hoping for the result which I already know is obvious, my main conceern is how should I tell my family, I feel bad letting them go through that pain agan.
