Can you really get a high off of inhalents?

I've tried it and it didn't work. I put about a tablespoon of acetone in a zip-lock and inhaled for about a minute and nothing happened. Then I put hair spray in there too, but nothing happened still. Does it really work?

Stay away from all that .. why the hell would you need the rush anyway ? Can't deal with reality or too bored? Scr*w it, find a hobby.

You will be killing your brains ability to think clearly and reason..bottom line: That WIIL make you a VEGETABLE..if you want No future, that's your choice..please at least for your loved ones sakes - make better choices !!

Try some of those things for a safer high, if you must..

If your really trying to get high off of Acetone I believe it's time to check in to the mental Ward. . . . . or go dig a little hole in the Garden big enough for your feet step in it and Cover them. . .

High? Possibly--and this goes with a variety of inhalants however, the long-term effects can be debilitating. Acetone has been shown to cause male animals to become infertile, in addition you risk permanent eye/corneal damage, hepatic toxicity, or with ingestion, LOC and death. More commonly you'll get mucosa or dermal damage. With inhalants in general, if you use them regularly (or chronically), your body will build a tolerance to whatever substance and in return you'll have to use more often or in greater amounts to get the desired effects and in doing so you'll probably suffer with anything from CNS/neuro/brain injury to hearing loss. I think people blindly assume that because inhalants are in hair spray, paint, paint removers, etc., that they are safe to both humans and the environment which is untrue. Just be careful. -S

It can kill you. the propellant that you are inhaling is a poisonous substance called a hydrocarbon, not only does it destroy brain tissue, but huffers as those who inhale it are called, often pass out and asphyxiate due to having plastic bag over their heads.
