If your in collge then why in the world did you give her a note. I'm in college and if a guy gave me a note I would think he had a little growing up to do. Just because she didn't call doesn't mean she doesn't like you.Alot of girls are scared or just don't think it's right to have to call a guy first.If you have any mutual friends with her then have them find out if she's interested then if she is call but if you don't find anything out then don't call her cause you'd be making a fool out of yourself.

Since she didn’t give you her number it might seem creepy for you to call her and it might make her not trust the person who gave it to you. Instead of doing this thing with notes and trying to interpret body language and glances why don’t you just ask her directly if she would like to go out?

As a female, we dont really appreciate guys throwing the word love around. You obviously dont love her, you cant, you dont really know her and no, I wouldnt suggest calling her, you gave her your number, she’ll call if she wants to talk to you. Getting people’s number from other people is a little….not cool.
