Yes. Men leak pre-ejaculation fluid before they actually come. They do not feel it coming out so there is no way of timing it. You should really be using condoms if you do not want to get pregnant.

It is possible, but it is of course highly unlikely. By withdrawing his penis he is ensuring that at least 99% of his ejaculatory fluid will not enter your vagina (unless he didn't withdraw in time). It is possible that small amounts entered during the process, but I would say the chances of pregnancy are very low; however it is 'possible'.
