If you missed your period can you get symptoms right then? I was supposed to have my period Feb. 24 and haven't till now Feb. 28 but I had a birth control appointment Feb. 26 and had a urine pregnancy test and it said no. Can that test be wrong? I've been really scared and worried, since I've been cramping little since Feb 22 and nothing's happening!!!!! It's making me so upset. Why am I cramping and I don't even have my period???

If you had your period then you are most likely not pregnant. If you are on birth control it says right on the box some of the side effects, cramping, and irregular periods. The cramps are just your body getting ready to dispose of the egg. no worries.
