Yes, when you ask a question, below it there's a box you can check 'mark anonymous'.
If you already asked a question as yourself and you want to mark it as Fau later, go to your questions and click the link next to it that says 'mark anonymous'.

Yes... just answer it, then go to your ''Advice'' section (upper right corner) and mark your answer as 'anonymous'
