Trying to lose weight

Ok well I'm trying to lose weight and I am really not getting anywhere does anyone have any ideas of what I can do to get somewhere ???

Well, I don't know what you are doing now but exercise and a good diet is always the best way. You need to get on a good schedule of exercising and cut out sweets and fat. If you can afford a gym, that will help a lot and it gives you the motivation that you may need, especially when you begin to see progress.

There are a lot of things that you can do that do not have anything to do with any kind of drug. I am also trying to lose weight and I will let you in on my diet. I have made this diet up by myself and it is working for me so far. I cut all the soda and sugary drinks out. I don't count my calorie intake or anything like that. Just taking the soda and Kool-Aid out of my diet caused me to lose 10lbs in about 3 weeks. I used to be addicted to soda. I am very careful as to what I eat and how much I eat. When I eat dinner, I eat about 2/3's of the food on my plate. I put normal portions on my plate. I also walk. I take my daughter out for a walk when it's not that cold outside. If it's to cold outside to take her out, I go to the mall and walk the whole length of the mall 3-4 times. I have been on this diet for about 2 months and I have lost about 25-30lbs.

I lose weight by:
morning-eat corn flakes(no sugar in em) with strawberrys or any othr fruit thats good.
daytime- I eat like oranges and lotsa water.
night time- I at like meat and veggies.
I also run for like an hour a day. well my run is like a sprint but I usually run till I sweat quite a lot. its good to swat fat out

How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.
