What if my pregnancy test is positive but i have no symptoms?

Not every pregnancy is the same, or will cause the same symptoms. Having little to no symptoms early on is not a :problem If a legit hospital pregnancy test verified your pregnancy, then you are in fact pregnant.

or you could have something calleed a chemical pregnancy where the egg gets fertiliezed but you drop the egg anyway.

Missing a period is usually the first sign of pregnancy. Many don't get any other syptoms untill the start they experience morning sickness, but no two pregnancies are the same and some don't even have morning sickness. Take another test, preferably via your doctor. Positive tests on home pregnancy kits are very rarely wrong.
