Hmm..So you're saying it is a healthy diet yet you posted a question asking so?
(Sorry basically repeating what filletofspam said)

You definitely need more vitamins..Where's all the fruit and vegetables..it's too artificial.

Maybe if you take away a couple of the 'Protein' shakes with a healthier option of fruit and vegetables. I'm sure it would make a big difference.

Are you trying to build muscles? Why don't you just eat real food?

Search the food guide on the internet, and make sure you are getting enough of each serving. I think you need to add some more fruits and grains.

Not healthy at all. The healthiest diets are mostly whole grains, vegetables, and fruits.

I dont understand why yall think this isnt healthy. Theres all kinds of nutrients and vitamins in the muscle milk, Im trying to loose body fat as soon as possible while building muscle. Besides, the 2 actual meals were taken from a figure competitors diet plan and I've only taken out 1 meal and replaced it with a protein shake! Im never hungry doing this and the weight is coming off sooo fast! Im also taking a multi vitamin, everyday and lipo 6x. I dont think you guys are right maybe you need to do research!!

jenonline: if you have decided that this is a healthy way of eating than why are you asking in the first place?

It seems like you are asking us our opinion and when you don't like what we say you argue with us.

The healthiest foods are the least processed. If they turn food in chemicals then mix them back into a product like muscle milk many of the things that make natural food healthy are striped away.

Even if you are a body builder that is no need to seek out foods with artificially high levels of protein. If you eat a varied diet you will get all the protein you need.
