Can't upload a photo?

I was just wondering if anyone knew why, when I was trying to upload a photo on here it came up with HTTP NOT FOUND is there a bug or something? just wondering xD

Make sure the photo is in jpg, .png, or .gif format.

Include a caption as well. A caption is the name of the photo.

If you don't do that the photo won't load.

If that doesn't work then it probably a bug but it will be fixed soon..

The page isn't loading because of a server or website error give it some time the issue will be fixed..

There is a bug at the moment, but they're sorting it out as far as I know
