Is it normal that when I masturbate I litteraly can not stop? Like before I could hear my mom coming and couldnt stop I had to carry on even thou I wasn't even close is that normal??

It sounds like an addiction or OCD. I mean not a HUGE deal because everyone has their quirks and pet peeves. This just has a little addiction-ring to it, or OCD-ring to it.
You should, in case your mom might find out, try when nobody is home. And then try to stop in the middle, or randomly. Maybe after a while you will be able to do so?
Also try masturbating less often. For example... If you do once a day now, stop to once every other day. Etc.

Try to cut down to twice a day to start with,
and then maybe down to once a day,
and I think maybe your ultimate goal would be once or twice a week.
I mean your life shouldn't revolve around masturbation so think about your life now and the answer could vary a bit. I.e. 3 times a week might be better for you? Everyone is a bit different
