I usually do it for a hour or so before I go to bed.

just think happy thoughts and what not.
Get something on your mind to distract yourself like whats going to happen for tomorow or I wonder where my next vacation going to be. Just random thoughts pretty much, I got lots on my mind right now so I'm pretty much dozed right now
if you still can't sleep..juss remember that it's ONLY A MOVIE AND STUFF LIKE THAT IS MADE FOR ENTERTAINMENT. I HAVE to do that sometimes when is see movies that freak me out that bad..trust me..you'll get over it. if not..for that interview wolf dow and a 5-hour energy and then maybe after the interview you can catch some sleep during the day. hope I helped..:]

Can't sleep..
Sooo.. last night, I saw Paranormal Activity. I'm not usually scared of horror movies.. well I'll jump and whatnot during them but I get over it quickly. but that movie really freaked me out.. I barely slept last night (I had to have my friend sleep over...
in order to catch a little sleep) and now I'm alone and I'm too afraid to sleep. it sounds ridiculous but I can't get over it. I have a job interview in the morning so I really need to rest.
can anyone say anything to reassure me and help me catch some sleep?
