In your off time check in with Career Link. That is part of PA Department of labor and Industry. Until three weeks ago my daughter worked there (in a different town), and I asked her about programs for ex-felons. She said there were none specifically, but that there were training/retraining programs that you could take part in. Also programs on doing interviews.
There are jobs available. Especially blue collar. It's going to be harder for ex-felons to get a job, because at the very least it has been 'proven' that they have - at the very least - bad judgement in choosing what to do.

Where can a felon work?
Can't find a good job in lancaster,pa because I have a felony. I have sales and management experience but I cant find a job anywhere. I asked my probation officer and she said I will have a tough time. Right now Im working at a conveniemce store making...
8.25 an hour and I cant live. I have my fines and car payment taken out and at the end im lucky if I have 60 dollars. So now I cant even afford christmas gifts. Any advice?
