How to find someone who will hire a felon in camden, nj?

I am having a really hard time trying to find somewhere that will hire a person with a felony on their record, I live in Camden County NJ and I have applied everywhere I can think of.. I dont want to lie on the application when it asks if I have ever...

how long ago was it look I have one to but the older it gets the most likely it want show up look bottom lines we all have to work in less you have someone to take care of you if you dont you have to work I know you do not want to lie but you might have to and look the only why they will know if you do lie and tell them no is to do a background check on you and you have to fill out a certain piece of paper to let them do that

Actually, fast food restaraunts might be the easiest way to go. It really depends on what your convicted of and how you explain it on the job application. For example, a hospital might not hire you if you were convicted of murder nor would a bank hire you if you were convicted of fraud or theft. Your best bet might be to apply as a waiter or waitress or even a batrender , this way you have cash in your pocket. It sucks that some convictions hold people back. We've all made mistakes.
