That is really unusual, because its usually the other way around, but I'd say you might want to tighten your tunerhead of the 3rd string. Or cahnge your strings.
and bubblicious97, if he knows what a Floyd rose whammy bar is, AND if he knows that it goes out of tune, I don't think he really needs lessons
u can gte guitar lessons!
they can also tune and help out with your guitar!!
Also I'd just check all general tightening. My problem is that my locks are bust so I need to get them replaced. that's the problem with soft metal. That could be it though maybe. have you tried it on 4th.?. does the same happen.?. If it does it might be your locks. Which isn't great. If it's only happening on 3rd though I'd just check general tightening.
=]
that is common. take the guitar to a shop and ask them to check the little metal things by the bridge and change the arrangement. if they are all in a straight line then it shouldnt be like that. also get a better brand of strings

Can someone help me with my whamy bar?
I have a jackson gutiar withe a floyd rose whamy bar. I can not keep the 3rd string in tune. If I use just the bar and don't bend the string it is ok but as soon as I bend the 3rd string bam it is out of tune. How do I fix this problem.
