What is asperger's disorder?

I'm not sure if thats the right spelling but I know it's a social disorder where you aren't very good at small talk. I show this lady on the news with it and I was wondering if any of you could explain more about what it is.

It's a very complicated disorder mostly found in young males and diagnosed in their teen years, I believe.
