I Have A Trojan, Brisv. Alinf Can't Get Rid of it, I Use Norton And Didn't Work Does Any 1 Know What To Do Thanks

omg norton is junk get rid of it.
Download avast home edition and Avg Anti-Spyware (or instead of avg anti spyware you can download ad aware both work good).
I only use windows firewall and avast and I haven't gotten any attacks worms viruses etc.

I would call your Norton;s customer service and tell them the situation. my service actually got into my computer thru his computer via the internet.

I had the same problem, I got my friend's brother to reboot the computer. I suggest putting all your files on to a USB or portable hardrive just in case, so you don't lose them. Do you know anyone that could reboot your system? If it really gets out of hand, maybe call a computer technician. Just make sure you have your files on a backup USB or something because you wouldn't want to lose everything.

get ris of norton and goto http://www.free.avg.com and download the free verson of avg and that should get rid of the virus.
