From my point of view there isn't anything you could do - you can only get used wearing skinny jeans and get used with how you look in them or stop wearing them if you don't feel like good looking.
You said that you are not fat , it means that you just have your muscles more developped - so even if you try losing weight, your muscles will remain. This is your body type and you can't do much about this.
