Yes. You need to have both the male and female in the bed at the same time. Then click one of the people and there will be an options to 'WOOHOO' click that and they have sex, and the woman will most likely get pregnant.

You do the woohoo after much kissing and getting close. Then the option will come up to 'Try for baby' then your sim will get pregnant.

Of course the can have babies, how else do you think all the children appear.
1. You have to have a girl sim and a boy sim.
2. But them in a photobooth (Sims 2 nightlife) bed, jicuzzi or a sauna (Sims 2 seasons) and then when the two are situated get them to try for baby. If the female goes to the bathroom afterwards then she's pregnent.

It usually takes a couple of days for it to show and after a few more days then the baby will be born.

New question. I've heard that in sims 2 for xbox you can get pregnant with an alien baby. How would you go about doing this? It says you get abducted by the aliens and when they return you you're pregnent.

yes you can have babbies on the sims 2 all you have to do is get your partner and click on the bed and it should say relax and do that both partners and once you got them both in bed then press f/m sims and it should say try for baby and if you would like twins press ctrl+shift+c and then a box will appear on the top of your screen and type in forcetwins like sevrel times if you really wont twins and then you wait for 1 day andthen you should get bigger and then there you have it if it dosent work send bakk message and wewill help you out
