Can i use my camera phone as a wbcam?

I have a sony ericsson w70s phone and I have heard rumours bout using your camera phone as a webcam but I can only find software for nokia blackburry smartphone and pda's is there software to use a sony ericsson as a camera phone using usb or bluetooth?

I googled it and I could not find any programs to do it, I do know that some blue tooth programs for computers have the ability to make your phone work as a wireless cam link, you can do a web cam with it but compatibility is always a issue, It worked with one of my phones with my blue tooth enabled laptop but only with one phone and I tried it with others and it did not work. The phone needed some program to make it so you can link the camera to your computer. I have never seen it through cords linking phones and computers because from what I know with in most phones with cameras there is no link between the cam and the cord slot the cam only saves to the memory and then the memory is looked at through the cord. It very well could be possible. I am not sure how. And I did look.
