Can i take it in?

So if I bring in a cellphone and my current one, can I ask them to transfer my things to the one I bring in?

In where?
Do you mean the place where you buy cellphones?

Maybe things are different where you are, but where I am, they won't do that - it isn't their job to put things on your cellphone, and as far as I know there's no way to transfer data from one to the other.

if your numbers are on your sim card you can transfer them, but as for your ring tones and games, yeah they're gone.
