Can I really be happy?

Is it possible for me to smile and laugh again the way that I used to before my sister moved in can I still be close to the one I love the most even if it seems as if we hate eachother,Is it possible to love again even though the last time someone got hurt, will it always be the same as life that never ends will it always be so sad?

I've had really bad times in my life and eventually they turned around and got better
everything gets to a point where they get better
I remember having this really bad relationship and my heart got broken and I thought I could never love again and I was literally ready to die-I hated life that much
and actually a month later I was having a great time and my life was the happiest its ever been
so always remember that things will gettt better and most of all think positively!
