Can i move out at 16?

My stepdad tries to control my life and make all decisions for me. He picks my friends, what I can and cant wear, and where I can and cant go. He thinks girls and boys cant onlyy be friends. Some of my friends families see how he treats me and invites me...

into their homes. But he never lets me out of the house (besides school] to get over there. I've ran away numerous times and have moved out 3 times already. I feel like im used to clean and babysit because thats all I do here. And my 6 year old brother punches me in the stomache all the time. I've found myself throwing up about 4 times already. My mom doesnt yell at my brother and lets my dad control me. Although I love them all dearly I find myself thinking of death a lot. I feel that if I dont get out of this house im gonna go insane. And my parents dont let me and my 26yr old sister see each other when she used to be my best friend. What do I do?

well, I have a step dad to, but he knows that hes not my real dad, and he cant control my life, make sure you get the through his head. he'll never be your dad, and your mom is the one that owns you, not him. and for moving out at 16, im sixteen to, and I've wanted to move out as well, but you have be 18 to sign for the papers and stuff for the house or appartment or whatever. Your friends are your friends, my mom knows that she cant choose my friends, cause there some of the most important people in the world to me, I tell them everything, and there always there for me, if they tell you, you cant hang out with certain people, tell them there your friends and there not gonna choose your friends for you, and you believe that your friends are good people, they just may not relize it yet. For your brother, he is 6, so just tell him hitting is bad, and you shouldnt hit people,

That sucks a lot but from all I know you cannot do that until you will have the legal age,which it is 18.
