If you can get amacipated you can move out. Thats like getting divorced from your parents. And if you really think its the right thing and that you and your boyfriend are going to be together for along time.

Your 16 with a child, and you want to move out. Your mom fights with you because she cannot get it through to you how irresponsible you are.

You want to move out at 16 with a child? LOL!!! Who's going to watch the kid while you go to school? Do you even go to school? What about a job? Who's going to watch the kid? If you do get a job, how much do you need to make to take care of your kid and yourself? A LOT!

I don't know about you, but I was making $8/hr. That was enough to eat some fast food and put gas in my car that my mom gave me (which was an old clunker).

I can only assume your boyfriend is somewhere around your age. What happens when he gets bored of you and/or doesn't want to take care of a kid? But he loves me and I love him? Yeah sure, I've never heard that before.

You are already in a hole by having a child at 16. Apologize to your mom, stay home, finish school. You will need every bit of help she will give you.
