yes, but is a bit difficult, as your doorbell uses a 24volt a.c. transformer - not the 110volt
line circuit. Better solution: replace it with the wireless doorbell - these are available at
Home
depot, Lowes, or Builder's Emporium the bell installs anywhere you want, and the push button has it's own battery, and is mounted outside the door. takes five minutes to install.
