before i can answer this question, i have on of my own. are you planning on moving in with one of your parents, a relative, or a friend? if your parents are divorced, and you move out of ones house, and into the other, you and the other parent could get into trouble.i was 16 when i wanted to move out of my fathers and into my mothers house. my father wouldnt let me go, so i did research online, and found out that if i left home not only would i get into trouble, but my mom would to. she would be filed with kidnapping, even though i wanted to move in with her. so i did more research and found out that if i wanted to move out, i could, i just couldnt move in with my mother, so i packed my stuff and moved in with my grandmother, right down the road from my mother. my father called the cops, but there was nothing they could do. the cops said as long as im not getting abused, and im not getting into trouble with the law, there was nothing that they could do. i hope this helps you, please keep in touch.

it depends cause if your rents are always fighting then its obviously hard for you to be living w/ them.
you could leave but youd have to go to a safe place..I place where you know that people can treat you right.if you just move out w/out knowing where to go then its better to stay home cause youll be safer there [:
