I do seriously doubt it if you were fully clothed, as an extra precaution you should try condoms, I'm sure that if you went to any chemist, you could get a bunch for free, but there are plenty of vending machines in bars/pubs.

To get pregnant, your ejaculate needs to be in contact with her actual private area, to allow the sperm a chance to get inside and do their thing; be careful, though, to not let any fluids come in contact with each other not only because of pregnancy, but because that is how diseases and HIV are spread.
