Maybe. You have to look at the terms of your listing agreement with your current realtor. Most listing agreements are exclusive listing agreements and they have provisions preventing or limiting the circumstances that you can switch realtors under.

If you terminate them improperly under your listing agreement, you could be liable for a breach of the listing agreement and could owe them commission on the sale later.

To avoid problems, you should terminate in accordance with the listing agreement. I would also reccomend having an attorney review your listing agreement and the facts to assit you in properly terminating to avoid any problems.
