Yes, if you use a lawyer, most definitely. If not, you can lodge a compliant with the major credit bureaus, and it'll show in your file that you disputed the judgement. However, the ideal situation is to get it reversed, or expunged, which you can also do by sending letters to the bureaus as well. Good luck.
