I am not sure what you are asking exactly. Are you afraid of laying on your stomach and crushing the baby or something? If so, I don't think so. I have had 3 babies and was always a tummy sleeper. when I got to be too big I naturally stopped laying on my stomach. Baby's are really safe in their mother womb. The amniotic fluid is very supportive and generally acts like an air bag. Of course there are some situations that you should be carefull about like falling. but I slipped down steps at 6 months pregnant and my baby was fine.
