have you tried taking a test? go to the doctor, maybe they can tell you.

The best thing you could do is go and get a blood test to find out.
I do personally know a few people that got their regular period during the first few months of pregnancy. Some people don't believe its possible, but I'm telling you, it is. Its more common then people seem to think. Yes, heart burn is one of the many pregnancy signs.

You can bleed during pregnancy but it's not a period. It is impossible to menstruate during pregnancy.

Heart burn is common during some pregnancies. (It was with my sister's)
The bleeding you experienced could be ovulation or implantation bleeding. If you suspect a pregnancy, it's best to get a test.
