It is more than likely that you would be fatigued closer to when the chemotherapy occurred. There is always the chance that your treatment removed the malignant cells (I assume we're talking cancer) as well as healthy ones and left trace amounts of chemicals behind. Since our bodies can be thought of as miraculous chemical machines, it follows that any disturbance will cause both short term and long-term effects, the latter of which may only reveal themselves as we age.
