Yes, preferrably, if an item is not yours, and you steal it, and your caught, you have to give it back. You can also be sent to jail, and that's never ever,ever good.But if you were sent to jail, it's never too late to improve.

I have (the shame of it) gone out of the store with something in the bottom of the trolley, normally when my kids are unloading lol! but I haven't normally taken it back, because I haven't noticed until I get to the car and put the bags in. in that case, I don't take it back, I think it looks more suspicious that way...but then maybe I'm a bit naughty lol
