How long can you store cookies in a air tight container? Can already cookies be frozen and thawed for lunches?

Well it matters how it is preserved and how much and what kind of preservatives are present in the cookies. I know in Iraq we have already pre-cooked cookies that are probably months old but they taste...umm decent lol. Home cooked cookies usually don't last as long but they should still be alright to be thawed and put into lunches.

I make and freeze chocolate chip cookies all of the time. I put them in Tupperware and freeze them, then just pull out the container to thaw. Once the cookies are cooled you can always individually wrap them in cellophane, freeze them, and pull them out one at a time.
