they got human skills you ma never know if the can get to talk... and even make things...

humans (well most of them) are far more intellegent than apes
I highly doubt apes will evolve to be more intelligent than humans

well...

I'd say yes, because in my opinion some apes are smarter then most humans...so if stupidity take over the world, then apes could take over humans.

Since no other creature on the planet appears to have the desire to take over the world, it is unlikely...

Also humans appear to be unique in the aspect that they can adapt to live anywhere... There are very few (if any) animals that can live anywhere in the world...
