a person your age should have 2000 calories, no matter what
if you go below 1800 per day you will feel the effects later...
you just need to excercise more, and the 2000 cals you consume should be healthy foods

2000 calories. If youre younger than 18 you shouldnt be going on a diet anyway its bad for you

The best way to loose weight is to be healthy. Also eating healthy but dont limit what you would usual eat. Its dangerous and could spiral to a eating disorder

NOBODY can tell you how much calories you should be taking by knowing your age so to hell with that. How much do you weigh? and how active would you say you are? I can give you an estimate of how much calories you should be having .
